We can produce menus specific to your concept in anywhere from 1 to 16 views. Menus can be made in leather, premium s-k, or a variety of other materials and the menu pages are often held in by corners or ribbons.

Description:

The most casual menu in our collection is the Elastic Menu Cover.  Simply a menu cover with folded pages held in place by an elastic band, the elastic menu is an affordable way to put a custom menu cover in your customers' hands. Fold a single page or multiple in the same cover; changing pages is a breeze.  Elastic Menu Covers come in a variety of sizes and colors. Since we specialize in custom presentations, the choices of exact sizes, colors, materials, design and more are totally available to our customers. We provide a tight fit so the pages won't dangle inside the menu cover.

Description:

A wine list can range from a couple of bottles to a cellar containing 10,000 bottles.  Brewer-Cantelmo can help you design the wine book that best fits your needs.  Whether this is a 1 page card that sits in a 1 view menu or an 80 page list, we can hand make the solution.

For lists with greater than 8 pages, we recommend moving away from the corners that hold the pages and instead work with rings or screwposts.  The ring binder is a very common concept that can still be elegant and sophisticated.  With dozens of customizable options, no guest will confuse your wine list with a staples binder.

The second major wine book style for lists with multiple pages is the screwpost. This product is similar to our top selling portfolio book, but with tweaks and adjustments customized for restaurant use. Stain resistance and durability are critical in the restaurant industry and all the construction decisions we make keep this in mind. The screwpost style of binding allows pages to turn seamlessly without visible binding. It also allows for easy page changing for those lists with constant adjustments and 86s.

While the pages will not lay completely flat as in a ring binder, many of our restaurant clients find the screwpost format to be more refined since no part of the binding is exposed.

Description:

Brewer-Cantelmo allows you to continue the themes of the dining experience all the way through the guests' payment.  

With pockets and holders that are handmade to your exact specifications, the check presenter can hold a bill, credit card, comment card or any other promo piece you want to include.  Furthermore, we can build a pen loop or oversize the spine to accommodate a pen.  

The Brewer-Cantelmo typical size is 9" tall x 4 1/4" wide, but keep in mind that we can make a check presenter any size, using any material.  In addition to stamping your name or logo on the cover in any color, we can also stamp your credit card company's logo inside the check presenter if these companies are willing to subsidize the cost.  Recently, we have designed creative programs for Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, and multiple wine distributors.

Description:

Used at the bar and tables alike, the table tent is a great way to show menu items to guests without delivering and picking up menus.  With 2 pages in any shape or size, the table tent provides a classy display with ease.

Constructed in a similar way as a 2 view menu, the ends of the table tent are connected with ribbon to match the exterior colors and to keep the tent standing upright.  This product has 4 corners to hold each page in place and can also have a piece on thick plastic on top to keep your menu paper clean.
